- Simply visit IQOS.com and register/log into your account.
- Visit the “IQOS ILUMA One 15 Day Rental” product page here.
- Choose your bundle with your preferred TEREA tobacco flavour.
- Enter your payment details (you will be charged an up-front cost, which is non-refundable).
- Receive your device and TEREA within 1-2 working days at your chosen shipping address.
- We’ll let you know once your 15 days are up, (15 days start when the order is placed) and you can choose to keep your device for a second payment; or return it to us free of charge.

You’ll receive an email on Day 15 of your rental to ask you to choose from the following options:

If you would like to keep IQOS that’s great! The credit card you used to process the initial will be automatically charged. - Return
If you find that IQOS is not right for you, request a return via the email and we will provide you with a prepaid Shipping Label to mail your device back to us. Please ensure you mail out your device within 15 days of receiving your Shipping Label, or else you will be automatically charged for the final payment.
