Klarna. Buy Now. Pay Later. - FAQs

Klarna only performs a soft credit check to assess your overall credit standing.
You can login to your existing Klarna account and proceed with the checkout process.
You can sign up during checkout. Just select Klarna as your payment method during checkout and click Buy Now, you will be taken directly through Klarna’s login or sign-up process.
If your order is eligible, you can choose Klarna as your payment method splitting your total order amount into 4 interest-free payments. Credit card interest rates will still apply and vary based on the card you put on file when registering for Klarna.
Klarna can be used as a payment method for orders between $35 CAD and $1,500 CAD (after taxes). Klarna cannot be combined with any other payment methods. You will automatically see Klarna as a payment method if your order is eligible. Please note that Klarna is not available for IQOS rental or Auto-Delivery orders.
To complete your order using Klarna as a payment method:
  • Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout.
  • You will be prompted to login to your Klarna account (if you are already registered) or go through Klarna’s sign up process to complete your registration and submit your order.
  • Your first installment payment will be collected when your order is confirmed.
  • The remaining three installments are charged automatically to the credit/debit card that was added to your Klarna account every two weeks.
Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to buy now and split your total order amount into 4 interest-free payments.
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining the payment schedule and your card will be charged for the first quarter amount. Details of your order and payment schedule will then be available to view and manage within your Klarna account.
Eligible products purchased on our website can be returned through our Care Team. You can contact our Care Team who will be happy to assist you.

You will receive an email confirmation from Klarna when your payment is completed. You can also check payment status within your Klarna account or by contacting Klarna’s customer support team.
