1. Press the ON/OFF button for 1 second
2. The LEDs will turn on and indicate the level of charge:
- 1 LED = low charge level
- 4 LEDs = device is fully charged

It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge the IQOS 2.4 PLUS device from an electrical outlet with an IQOS AC Power Adaptor and USB cable.
Simultaneously press and hold the Holder Heater Blade Cleaning Button and Power Button for 3 seconds until all lights briefly blink to confirm a reset.
Red light (steady or blinking) indicates that there is a device error. Please visit the Self-service Troubleshooting section on the Support Page for device troubleshooting.
