The Try IQOS Rental Program is your opportunity to try HEETS and experience the benefits of IQOS before making a full commitment. You have 30 days to use IQOS and enjoy HEETS with expert guidance along the way including virtual coaching, online tutorials and support material. At the end of the 30 days, you get to decide if you’d like to keep IQOS for a small final payment or send it back to us free of charge.

1.      Simply visit IQOS.com and register/log into your account.
2.      Click on “SHOP”
3.      Click on “IQOS 3 DUO”
4.      Select “Try IQOS Rental Program”
5.      Choose your device and HEETS of choice
6.      Enter your payment details (you will be charged an up-front cost, which is non-refundable)
7.      Receive your device and HEETS within 1-2 working days at your chosen shipping address.
8.      We’ll let you know once your 30 days are up, (30 days start when the order is placed) and you can choose to keep your device for a small final payment; or return it to us free of charge. Easy!

Your personal IQOS Expert will be in touch to help you get set up, answer any queries you may have and share tips and tricks about the device. You can also reach our Care Team through from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM EST on call and 9AM to 10PM EST via chat.

Your IQOS Expert will contact you near the end of your rental and ask you to choose from the following options:
Keep
If you would like to keep IQOS that’s great! The credit card you used to process the initial will be automatically charged.  
Return
If you find IQOS is not right for you, inform your IQOS Expert and we will provide you with a prepaid Shipping Label to mail your device back to us. Please ensure you mail out your device within 15 days of receiving your Shipping Label, or else you will be automatically charged for the final payment.
